Do I need to be based in Queenstown?
I’m Sam, based in Queenstown, and I work with businesses anywhere. Most work happens over a call and email; I’m happy to meet in person around Queenstown.
What does it cost?
NZ$495 setup + NZ$199/month, with a 12-month minimum. We build your site first; you approve it before you pay the setup.
Who owns my domain and website?
You own your domain. AlpineWeb owns and licenses the build. A buyout is available if you leave; ask Sam about the terms before you commit.
What counts as a small change?
Small changes include updating text, swapping a supplied photo, changing opening hours or updating contact details on existing pages. Unlimited small changes are included and done within one business day. New pages, redesigns and new functionality need a separate scope.
How long does a new website take?
It depends on the scope and when your content is ready. We’ll sort out a timeline together before I start.
What if I want to cancel?
There’s a 12-month minimum. After that, your domain’s always yours, and you can buy the build if you go. Give me a call and we’ll go through the terms before you sign anything.
Do I need to arrange hosting?
Nope. Hosting and security are part of the monthly fee, so that’s one less thing to sort.
Will I rank first on Google?
Google rankings are not guaranteed. We focus on a clear, useful website that makes it easy for people to understand your business and get in touch.
